12th SAKYADHITA CONFERENCE ON BUDDHIST WOMEN
held in Bangkok, Thailand from June 12-18, 2011
attended by two nuns of Thrangu Tara Abbey
The two Tara Abbey nuns, Karma Tsomo and Karma Lhamo were invited and sponsored to attend. Over 1600 participants attended from more than 32 countries. There was more than 600 speakers, presenters, workshop leaders and volunteers.
