Monday night Meeting time: 7:00 - 9:00 PM. 7-8PM is sitting and walking meditation, 8-9PM is discussion. If you arrive late it is absolutely fine to come up and join the sitting quietly. Please note that we seem to be spending about 3 weeks per chapter but it is our intent to "give each chapter as much time as it needs."
