Cape Ann Vajra Vidya is a Buddhist Meditation and study group meeting weekly to study and practice Buddhism. All are welcome! We meet bi-monthly on Monday evenings. Full schedule of meetings HERE.

Our meetings are open to anyone who is interested in coming. You do not need to be a buddhist to participate. If you feel you are getting something from being there that is enough.
When: First and third Monday of each month, 7:00 - 9:00 PM for meditation and discussion. Full meeting schedule HERE
Where: We meet at the Center for Mindfulness & Insight Meditation, 72 Grapevine Road, Wenham, MA. The venue is handicap accessible.
What: Our Monday evening sessions usually begin with an hour of sitting and walking meditation, followed by an hour of reading aloud from a dharma book and discussing it together. Meditation instruction is free and always available. Additionally we have periodic retreat days and visiting teachers. Our study topics include tranquility and insight meditation, working with obstacles, and the development of mindfulness, awareness and compassion. Cape Ann Vajra Vidya meets under the auspices of the Venerable Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche, an eminent meditation master and scholar of the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.
Suggested Donation: $7.00 weekly or $40 per quarter. The first visit is always free. Attendance is not dependent on an ability to pay; please contribute what you can afford. Everyone is welcome.
Directions: We meet at the Center for Mindfulness & Insight Meditation, 72 Grapevine Rd., Wenham, MA
Going toward Hamilton on Grapevine Rd, from Rt 128 exit 17, you will pass Gordon College on your right, and then after a mile or so, the intersections with Rt 22 north and south. The Iron Rail gymnastic center will be on your right, and then there will be the Notre Dame Catholic Children’s School on the left. The property is the first building on the left immediately past the School.
Turn down the drive that is on the far side of the school, and park in the gravel lot.
Please do not block the street/access way as it also provides emergency access for another property. We meet in the Dharma Hall, follow the lit path from the parking lot to the hall doors.
