Cape Ann Vajra Vidya is a Buddhist Meditation and Study Group meeting weekly, under the direction of the Venerable Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche, an eminent meditation master and scholar of the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. All are welcome!

When: Monday nights, 7:00 - 9:00 PM for meditation and study.

Mass Audubon North Shore Endicott Sanctuary, 346 Grapevine Road, Wenham, MA. 01984

What:
Cape Ann Vajra Vidya Monday meetings begin with an hour of meditation (generally a combination of sitting and walking meditation) followed by an hour of discussion. Meditation instruction is free and always available. As a group we read and discusses Buddhist books and/or teaching videos. Study topics include tranquility and insight meditation, working with obstacles, and the development of mindfulness, awareness and compassion.

Cost:
We ask for a $5 weekly donation if possible, and the first visit is always free.

Directions: From Rte. 128 in Beverly/Wenham, take exit 17 - Grapevine Road. Head towards Beverly Farms. Look for the Mass Audubon North Shore Endicott Sanctuary sign (blue and white) on the right just past Toppan Lane (just past the highway exit/entrance ramp). The Endicott Sanctuary building is at the end of a long dirt driveway. We meet on the third floor.
