FUNDS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR MEDICINE FOR NAMO BUDDHA FREE CLINIC THIS WOMAN NEEDS AN OPERATION IN KATHMANDU. CAN YOU HELP? This very poor woman was not even able to pay the 2 rupees admission fee to the Namo Buddha Clinic. She will need transportation to Kathmandu and funds to stay in the hospital for assessment and, most likely, an operation. She has several children and it's very difficult for her to work. At this time there are no funds for medicine for the free clinic at Namo Buddha in Nepal. The clinic, that is run by Thrangu Rinpoche's monks at Namo Buddha for very poor people is the only one for many miles in the surrounding area. The majority of the local people do not even have bus fare to go to Kathmandu for treatment.
