The cost of this retreat is $100.00 if you pre-pay in full before September 10, 2004 and $125.00 thereafter. The retreat does not include meals or accommodations. We will provide on-site lodging for $30.00 per night (Friday and Saturday nights only). Please include payment if you wish to book a room in advance. You may send a deposit of $50.00 to reserve a space but the balance must be received by the deadline, September 10 , 2004, to be eligible for the discount. Upon receiving your check, along with this form, you will be sent a retreat information packet and directions to the site.
